Every item is made to order especially for you. Please allow time for both production and shipping.
ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are prepared within 2–5 business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and processing may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or if an order requires review.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Delivery time begins after production is complete. Shipping speed varies by destination, carrier, and the shipping method shown at checkout. Your total estimated delivery time is the production time plus the carrier’s transit time.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.
MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Items in the same order may be produced at different facilities and may arrive in separate packages. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once production or shipping has started, we may not be able to change the address.
DELAYS OR DELIVERY QUESTIONS
Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery. If tracking has not updated for several days or your package appears lost, please contact us through our Contact page and include your order number.
